Zabiluz pursues the importance of the data and privacy protection of her customers and visitors to her website, and will tread that personal data with the needed care. This Privacy Policy guarantees the compliance with the European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data and Act of 30 July 2018 concerning the protection of the natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

• When you fill in our contact form on the website you are sharing your name, e-mail address and/or phone number and contact details.
• As a customer you are sharing your name, e-mail address, phone number, address, possible also your VAT-number and contact details.
• Zabiluz does not process any sensitive personal data.
Purpose of processing
To be able to deliver our products we need your name, e-mail address, payment details and phone number. If you are a business customer, we also need your VAT-number. We need this data to be able to deliver and invoice our products. We process this data based on the contractual agreement we are having from the moment you are ordering our products.
Payments
If you choose to place an order on our website, we also need to invoice it. Zabiluz has chosen to work together with Mollie. Our newsletters
You can sign up for our newsletters. When you sign up, we ask your name and e-mail address so we can keep you updated on our actions, promotions and newest trends. When you sign up, we ask your preliminary and explicit consent. You can always withdraw this consent by sending an e-mail to info@zabiluz.be
Portfolio

Who is having access to your data?
To be able to process your personal data, we provide access to our employees. Zabiluz is only allowing access to employees who need to be able to use your data to perform tasks needed to follow up on the working agreement they have with Zabiluz.

When you perform a purchase of our products, we will save the invoice based on the legal retention period of 10 years.
When you contact us, we will save your data until you perform a purchase. If you don’t do that, we will store your data for 2 years.
